The official multiplayer servers for Portable 2 and Infinity closed. The only way to with others online is by connecting to other players through a VPN (virtual private network).
This guide will focus on connecting using a VPN generously provided by MightyZack called HunsterVerse. His HunsterVerse VPN is dedicated to allowing PPSSPP users play Monster Hunter games online, but he has allowed us to piggyback on his VPN community to play Phantasy Star Portable 2 and Infinity online! Phantasy Star Online 2 Free Download for PC is a video game in the Phantasy Star series published by Sega. It was released for Microsoft Windows on July 4, 2012, and for PlayStation Vita on February 28, 2013.
