Diablo 2 Lod Lvl 99 Character Download

I never play D2... so how long it take in gameplay hours? 100,200, ?

i played D2 for about a year and never got to lvl 99. sad, i know. i heard it takes a couple months if your persistant

Wayy more than that, for plvl 1 to 100 you need 10.454.400.000 exp, you needed 22.000.000 to get 60, sooo...

Me and a group of friends took turns leveling a character, playing 24/7 with nearly no down time.
It takes about 3 weeks to go from 1 to 99 in diablo2, assuming your character was rushed.
Edit, I thought I should clarify this was NOT done on expansion.

In D2 classic 99 was near impossible (see GerBarb story).
D2 LoD 99 took weeks/maybe months of baal running (cow running pre-1.10)

Leveling up that high seemed impossible in D2C, where even reaching Clvl 85 required a great deal of grinding the (dangerous) River of Flame and (more dangerous) Chaos Sanctuary. The teams running GerBarb and RussBarb showed that it could be done, by playing in large groups and using strategy. Each team employed a variety of specialized characters; Sorceresses and Amazons supported by Paladins with auras to clear out the Chaos Sanctuary and weaken Diablo. The main experience character would then step in and land the final hit on Diablo, in an 8 player game, since that was the only way to gain measurable amounts of experience once a character got into the highest levels.
Each team repeated this strategy hundreds (thousands?) of times in order to slowly level GerBarb or RussBarb towards 99, over a period of weeks.

past 1.10 it significantly changed
once you hit lvl 95 you gained relatively NO xp (5%) from normal mobs that were all < mlvl 91
and had to farm diablo+baal since they were lvl 100 or 110

aroun about 5,355,535 baal runs to get from 98 - 99, (3 min exp runs)

I only got to 86 on my bowazon before I created a new character haha..
I'm excited about this actually..

It takes forever to reach lvl 99 in D2. Only if you're reaaalllyyyy persistent you can do that.

98-99 was 1-2 weeks nonstop botting

In classic it was hard.
When LoD hit it was easy.
Then they made it hard again.
If it's anything like classic/post LoD, it will be hard, some months, most people will be bored by then.

It takes forever to reach lvl 99 in D2. Only if you're reaaalllyyyy persistent you can do that.

If not counting Ubertrist (wich later was nerfed away also) this was the fastest way to lvl, hope it helps :)

89-90 = 40runs = 2hours 40mins
90-91 = 60runs = 4hours
91-92 = 80runs = 5hours 20mins
92-93 = 120runs = 8hours
93-94 = 180runs = 12hours
94-95 = 330runs = 22hours
95-96 = 550runs = 37hours
96-97 = 1000runs = 67hours
97-98 = 3000runs = 201hours
98-99 = 9000runs = 603hours

2-3 weeks if you weren't fail
